Jessica can't talkWe wanted to find out... so we hosted a roller skating party in New York City this week in honor of Jessica Simpson's new album A Public Affair, just in time for the MTV Video Music Awards. Yahoo! Buzz Marketing's Bennett Porter takes you behind the scenes for a video peek (see below) into the party that packed more than 1,000 New Yorkers into The Roxy and transformed the dance floor into a roller disco. Partygoers included gossip gangster Perez Hilton, American Pie's Shannon Elizabeth, Olympic skater Oksana Baiul, and of course, Jessica's dad Joe. DJ Vice kept the groove on. And in case you're tempted to replay this clip ad nauseum to pinpoint just who Jess held hands with all night, don't get too excited. That's her hair stylist, Ken Paves.
