November kicks off with a bang. So much going on, it makes me tired just reading about it:
- Foodies unite: Have a hungry soccer team or a famished family to feed? The newly launched Yahoo! Food makes it easy to find recipes for specialty egg-nog ice cream or plan your Thanksgiving dinner from the floral centerpiece to the pecan pie. Your fellow foodies, Martha, Rachael, Wolfgang, and other experts are just a recipe away. Break out the pots and pans!
- Making Kermit proud: Wish you were cruising the carpool lane in a hybrid? Yahoo! Autos Green Center answers all your questions about alternative fuel vehicles and going green. And you can help name the world’s fastest grease-powered vehicle.
- Speaking of cars…: Nissan and Yahoo! Music have joined together to bring you a series of live sets by A-list artists, including Incubus and Tony Bennett. Christina Aguilera kicks it off on November 15. Tune in live.
- A little toe-tapping for the road?: If you’re raising the bar with Cingular, you can raise the roof with Yahoo! Music on your mobile device. That means more than 2 million songs to play, share, and bob your head to wherever you go.
- Yearning for higher learning?: With more schools to choose from, finding and registering for online and on-campus degree programs just got easier on Yahoo! Education’s Courses & Degrees section. Culinary arts, health and medicine, or fashion design — your new career is waiting.
- Can’t find it in the FAQ?: Let’s face it — FAQs don’t always have the answer. Yahoo! Help Central just integrated Yahoo! Answers to address questions that folks in your shoes have already asked. From how to personalize your Yahoo! Messenger to changing your password question and secret answer, there is no such thing as a dumb question.
- They’re baaaaaaaaaack: Yes, the holidays are coming, so brace yourself and your wallet. We’ve spruced up Yahoo! Shopping just in time, with better comparison shopping, a new Bargain Center, and easy access to coupons and rebates from across the Internet. You can also rely on advice from fellow shopaholics to help you pick the perfect gift for Aunt Myrna. Read more about it here.

Yahoo like to publish non facts and its beginning to iritate me. Your group of way too liberal workers likes to throw in details like “economy is cooling” when its just beginning to cook. I have found so many of these non facts that I have quit using Yahoo and plan to tell other folks who are computer geeks to not use yahoo either!

What’s the point of integrating anything into Yahoo Help? Yahoo help doesn’t have any humans there to be helpful. I’ve been requesting support for my group for over 9 months and , apart from the automated computer system calling me a ‘cow’ I haven’t had a response.
It sounds like another attempt by yahoo to ignore customers again to me.
