Yahoo just a month ago practically kicked out every costumer with domains registered through them. They rised the price to $35 per domain.
Yahoo could be good for downloands through ftp, for file transfers (downloads only) this deal could be good, but not so sure once a lot of people start using it.
The yahoo web servers as well as the php-mysql servers are pretty unreliable, so keep your old ones for a year or two or as backup.
When you start getting problems at yahoo it is almost imposible to reach their costumer support.

I have a tandem paragliding business and want to put videos online of flying a paraglider in the mountains near Seattle. I am in favor Yahoo and Microsoft combining the best of their products and giving Google more competition in search.
